Who we are

Executive Council is operated by Vineeth Nair, a sole proprietor in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. You can reach us at support@executivecouncil.app.

What the service is

Executive Council runs your question through a structured deliberation between multiple AI models: independent positions, adversarial challenges, a synthesis, and an audit. The output is analysis to inform your judgement. It is not a decision made for you.

Your account

Sign-in is by email link, so your account is only as safe as your email inbox. Keep it secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you must be able to lawfully agree to these terms.

Credits and payment

Deliberations are paid for in credits. One council invocation, whether an opening question, a follow-up, or a challenge, costs one credit. Answering clarification questions within a challenge is included in that credit. Credits never expire and carry forward when you purchase more. Free credits are used first, followed by the oldest paid credits. There is no subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and payments are processed by Razorpay. The final amount is shown in checkout before you pay. Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Processing and notifications

Accepted requests may queue before processing. You can leave the page and return to your saved run. We send account emails when a result is ready, a challenge needs clarification, or a run fails. Check your spam folder if an email is missing. Completion times vary with the queue, model providers, and the request. Free-credit use is subject to daily availability; a capacity or free-budget refusal leaves your unused credits available for later.

Refunds

Failed runs return their credit. New credit packs are final for change of mind or unused balances, with exceptions for billing errors, unresolved delivery or service failures, unauthorized payments, and applicable law. Historical orders retain their original terms, including promised seven-day unused-credit rights. The full policy lives on the refunds page.

Using your own model key

Paid BYOK access, where available, bills eligible runs to your own model-access key. Other runs use our managed key and spend credits. You are responsible for spend on your own key and for following the provider's terms. Key storage can include encrypted server-side storage and browser local storage on the device where you entered it. Details are in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to generate content intended to harm others, to probe or break the service's security or another user's isolation, or to resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that do, and consumed credits on such accounts are not refunded for the suspension alone. Refund exceptions and statutory rights still apply.

AI output, plainly

Every deliberation is generated by artificial intelligence and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Nothing the council produces is legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. The judgement, and the decision, stay yours.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it up but do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change features, model rosters, and free allowances as the product evolves. If a change materially affects paid credits you hold, the refunds policy applies.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for decisions you take based on council output.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the new version is posted here with a fresh date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you, the courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions first, please: most disagreements resolve with an email to support@executivecouncil.app.
